END SUCTION CENTRIFUGAL FIRE PUMPS

  • Single staged, end-suction centrifugal pumps.
  • It works between 50 gpm and 1250 gpm3 flow ranges by 3 pumps (YNM 525, YNM 825 and YNM 1531).
  • Main pump sizes are based on DIN 24256.
  • Pump flanges designed in according to UL standards ANSI / ASME B16.1 Class 250.
  • Pump performance testings are in accordance with UL and FM standards
  • Shaft sealing is provided by 5 pcs of soft seal in accordance with UL 448.
  • Components like pump bolts, set-propeller manufactured from corrosion resistant materials.

LINE TYPE CENTRIFUGAL FIRE PUMPS

Designhattipi

  • Single staged vertical shaft line type centrifugal pump.
  • Pump engine connection is done by using special rigid coupling with an adapter.
  • Pump body can be seperated so that maintenance and repair operations can be done easily.
  • Shaft sealing is provided by soft seals in according to NFPA standards.
  • Interchangeability principle adopted while designing. Thus, supply of spare parts are accelerated.

  • Detachable body double suction centrifugal fire pumps with radial wheels.
  • Input and output flanges are located on the same axis.
  • Easy to install.
  • It has an advantage of low NPSH of double suction pumps.
  • Pumps and electric engines are connected by flexible couplings on the standard chassis. Actuation is also possible by diesel engine.
  • Wheel, body abrasion ring, shaft is made of stainless steel.

FI FI SYSTEM PUMPS

Designfi-fi

  • Horizontal, single staged, single entry, suction port on axis and horizontal, discharge port on the top, closed wheels, horizontal shaft volute pumps.
  • It’s volute symmetrical ,thus can be mounted to operate in both directions. By the way of this feature it can also be connected to the left rotational engines.
  • ENM pump wheels are double curved. Wheels are dynamically balanced in electronic balance machines.
  • Pumps have a rigid shaft which can operate at different loads.
  • There is a sliding bearing inside of the suction body which lubricated with water.
