Buildings which need to be protected from fire with sprinkler systems are determined by following terms in the “Regulation of protection from fire at buildings“
Article 96: The automatic sprinkler system must be installed at the following locations
a) All buildings except houses which have more than 30,50 m. length
b) Houses which has more than 51,50 m. length
c) Indoor parkings which have more than 600 m² total area
d) Hotels, dormitories, hostels, guesthouses which have more than one floor, 100 rooms and 200 beds and all facilities which have beds and over 21,50 m.
e) Shopping malls, commercial and entertainment places, storey stores which have more than 2,000 m² total area
